The team doesn't use AI because nobody taught it from where it stands
Most AI courses assume people have already tried the tools and only need "tips". A team starting from zero needs something else: to understand what a model does and doesn't do, to see AI applied to its own task, and to practice with support until it works. Without that, the license gets paid and nobody opens it.
- Fear of "doing it wrong" or exposing company information without knowing.
- Two or three enthusiasts move ahead alone and everyone else stays put.
- Leadership asks for adoption, but nobody defined where to start or with which tasks.
The whole team starts level: same foundations, same criteria and their first useful prompts the same day.
Each person leaves with two or three tasks from their role already solved with AI, not with theory.
A clear plan for what's next: what to practice, which tool to use and what not to share with an AI.
How do you train a team that has never used AI?
With a sequence designed for beginners, not an expert syllabus trimmed down. This is how we do it:
- 15-minute express diagnostic: before starting, each person tells us what they do in their role and what they've tried with AI (usually nothing). We adjust pace and examples with that.
- Applied fundamentals (20% of the time): what a language model is, what it does well, where it fails and why; what to share with an AI and what not to. No math, no programming.
- Guided practice (80% of the time): each person solves real tasks from their role with the facilitator alongside; first the facilitator's example, then their own, then one without help.
- Criteria at the close: which tool to use for what, what to review before delivering and how to keep practicing the following week.
What does a team starting from zero learn first?
What produces results in the first hour and builds the habit. In this order:
- Asking the AI properly: context, task, format and example. It's the base skill and the one almost nobody has.
- Summarizing and writing over your own documents: emails, minutes, reports and proposals from the team's real material.
- Reviewing and correcting what the AI returns: spotting fabrications, verifying data and adapting the company's tone.
- Generating and editing simple images for presentations and internal communications.
- A first repeatable workflow for the role (a weekly report, for instance), saved as a reusable prompt in the team's library.
How long does it take to go from zero to using AI at work?
Half a day to start level, a full day to leave with a method, and four weeks for the habit to stick. The Essential Workshop (4 hours) leaves the whole team with the foundations and their first useful prompts; the Full Workshop (8 hours) adds extended practice by department, the team's prompt library and a follow-up session two weeks later; the Adoption Program (4 sessions of 4 hours over 4 weeks) implements workflows in real processes and follows through during the month. For a team at zero we recommend starting with the Essential or the Full Workshop, depending on how much same-day practice you want.
What if part of the team already uses AI and part doesn't?
That's the norm, and the 15-minute diagnostic exists for it. With mixed groups we run exercises by level within the same session: beginners work with the facilitator on the base tasks, and those who already use it go straight to their role's workflows and to correcting bad habits (vague prompts, unverified data, sensitive information in public models). If the gap is very wide or the group exceeds 20 people, we split it into two cohorts.
Which tools do we start with?
The ones your company has already approved, or free accounts if there are no licenses yet: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot for text, and their built-in generators or Midjourney for images. We don't charge for or require licenses; part of the workshop is precisely deciding which tool is worth buying afterwards, with criteria rather than hype.
Public pricing: the same as the corporate AI workshop
Custom and multi-team programs: quoted on request.

- Generative AI is part of our daily pipeline: we teach what we use.
The quality of the service and the experience we built together were excellent; they made a great impact on our people.

What we value most about WASD Studio is their capacity for technological innovation. They've made training management with our internal teams enormously easier — something that used to be quite complex to coordinate.

Do we need paid licenses to start?
No. The free versions of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot are enough for the workshop. If your company already has business accounts, we work on them; if not, part of the workshop is deciding with criteria what's worth contracting afterwards.
What happens if someone falls behind during the workshop?
80% of the time is practice with the facilitator in the room (or on the call), so it's noticed on the spot. Exercises have a base and an advanced version, and groups stay at 15 people so nobody goes unattended.
Does it work for executives who won't use the tool daily?
Yes. For leadership the goal is criteria: understanding what AI can and can't do today, what to ask of teams and which risks to watch. It's covered in the same workshop, with exercises specific to their role.
How many people per group if everyone starts from zero?
Up to 15 people per team, which is what the price covers; from 16 to 20 we add MX$1,500 + VAT per person. Above 20 we split it into two cohorts: a beginners' group needs individual attention.
Do you issue a certification?
We issue a certificate of participation. We are not a registered training agent or a certifying body, so we don't issue a DC-3 or official certification.
Is it in person or remote?
Both, at the same price: in-company at your offices, at a space in CDMX or live remote with a recording included. Outside CDMX, the facilitator's travel expenses are covered by the client.
