Immersive training service
Enterprise VR training for teams that need to practice before operating.
Enterprise VR training lets teams practice critical processes in realistic simulators before performing them in the real environment. WASD Studio designs and measures it for enterprise clients: our program with Alsea has run continuously for 6 years, with more than 3,000 people trained.

Who it's for and when it fits
VR is the right call when training in real life is expensive, risky or hard to repeat: machinery you can't stop, safety procedures that leave no room for error, or tasks the team must master before their first shift. If you train many people on the same critical process —across sites and shifts— and need everyone to do it the same way, VR standardizes that practice.
- Critical processes where a real mistake is costly (safety, machinery, quality).
- High turnover or multiple sites that need one shared standard.
- Tasks learned by doing, not by reading.
Standardized critical processes across sites and shifts.
Lower operational risk during training.
Performance metrics by employee, module and skill.
What we deliver
We build the instructional script, 3D scenarios, interactions, assessment, dashboards and deployment. We also advise on hardware, on-site operation and LMS integration when the program needs it.
Results published by our clients
Alsea: 85% retention and 35% lower turnover in the teams trained in VR, with the program in continuous operation for 6 years and more than 3,000 people trained. Coca-Cola FEMSA: 44% fewer picking errors and a third less training time in the picking simulator wired to its ERP (published case, linked below); across training programs with Coca-Cola FEMSA, a 65% productivity improvement.
Risks we cover, with their standard
We build custom scenarios for critical plant risks, each aligned to its Mexican standard: work at height (NOM-009-STPS), forklifts and material handling (NOM-006-STPS), lockout/tagout LOTO (NOM-004-STPS) and confined spaces (NOM-033-STPS), plus operational processes such as picking, load stacking and service protocols. In every case the DC-3 certificate is issued by your registered training agent; the simulator provides repeatable practice and per-operator evidence.
- 01
On-site capture
We record and map the real process with your team, so the simulator reflects how work is actually done.
- 02
Simulator build
We design scenarios, interactions and assessment, validated by your experts at every iteration.
- 03
Rollout and measurement
We launch with your team, train the facilitators and deliver progress dashboards by person and skill.
Alsea
Six years training Alsea's brands in virtual reality.
- ~11 employees trained per week, continuously.
- +3,000 people trained over the program.
- 9 group brands recreated as simulators, capturing their real processes.

The quality of the service and the experience we built together were excellent; they made a great impact on our people.

What we value most about WASD Studio is their capacity for technological innovation. They've made training management with our internal teams enormously easier — something that used to be quite complex to coordinate.

Do we need to buy headsets?
Not necessarily. We advise on hardware for your case —from dedicated headsets to mixed setups— and design for the equipment you already have when possible. If scale demands it, we bring the same content to web or mobile simulators.
How long until it's ready?
We work in iterations: a first functional module in weeks, not months, to validate with real users before scaling.
Does it integrate with our LMS?
Yes. We deliver results to your LMS or our own dashboards, depending on how you measure today.
How do we know it works?
Every session records performance by employee, module and skill: objective evidence of progress and where to reinforce.
How much does a VR training program cost?
It depends on the number of scenarios, whether it deploys on headsets, on the web or both, and what gets measured and integrated (LMS, dashboards). That's why we quote by scope and start with a scoped pilot —one process, one site— that produces the number to justify the program. Quotes go out within one business day.
