Your team has heard about AI. What's missing is walking out using it.

The problem isn't access to the tools: it's turning curiosity into real work. A hands-on one-day workshop solves that — the team learns by generating what it already has to deliver, not by watching demos.

  • AI licenses you pay for that almost nobody opens.
  • Two people master the tools; everyone else never touches them.
  • Leadership asks the team to "do something with AI" and what it needs is criteria, not another talk.

Expected outcomes

Your team leaves the workshop using AI in its real work: images, presentations and workflows.

An agenda built around your operation and your tools, not a generic syllabus.

In-house criteria to decide which tool to use, what to expect and what to avoid.

What the AI workshop includes

The workshop covers five hands-on blocks: applied fundamentals of generative AI, image generation, AI-assisted presentations and pitches, workflow automation, and practice with the team's own real cases. Every block is hands-on: the team works on its own briefs and deliverables —AI applied to graphic design, creativity and processes— with the tools that fit it (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Midjourney and others), adapted to your company's tools.

Formats and investment

The workshop runs in-company at your offices, at a space in CDMX or remotely for distributed teams. Choose the format by the depth you want: the half-day Essential Workshop (an intensive, applied introduction), the full-day Full Workshop (the recommended format: all five blocks with extended practice) or the four-session Adoption Program (when the team wants sustained adoption). All three have public pricing, from MX$35,000 + VAT per team of up to 15 people; the breakdown for each format is in the pricing section.

Who it's for

The workshop works for creative and design teams (image generation and iteration, content pipelines), marketing and sales teams (AI-assisted pitches, presentations and proposals), operations teams (automating reports, documents and repetitive processes) and HR and training teams that want to bring AI to the whole organization. No technical profile required: it's learned from each area's real work.

How do you protect my company's information during the workshop?

With clear rules from day one: when the team works with internal documents we do so under a confidentiality agreement, we don't upload sensitive company information to public models without your consent, and part of the workshop is precisely learning what to share with an AI and what not to. If your company already has business accounts (ChatGPT Team or Enterprise, Claude for Work, Copilot, Gemini for Workspace), the workshop runs on them; if not, we guide you on which option fits your data policy.

  • Confidentiality agreement whenever the workshop uses the team's internal documents.
  • No sensitive data in public models without consent: anonymized or sample material is used when needed.
  • Safe-use criteria: what to share with an AI, what not to, and how to configure history and training settings in each tool.
  • Option to use business accounts with data controls, or the environment your IT team has already approved.

Does it work for my department? Use cases by role

Yes: the workshop is built around each department's real tasks, so what each person practices is what they'll use the following Monday. These are examples of what each team walks out able to do:

  • Marketing and communications: briefs and copy in the brand's voice, content calendars, campaign variants and social images generated and edited with AI.
  • Sales: proposals and pitch decks from a brief, quick prospect research, objection handling and email follow-ups.
  • Human Resources: job descriptions, interview guides, onboarding materials and internal communications, with criteria to keep personal data safe.
  • Administration and finance: contract and report summaries, spreadsheet data cleanup and cross-checks, presentations for leadership.
  • Operations, quality and continuous improvement: procedure and work-instruction documentation, process data analysis, support for root-cause analysis and KPI reports.
  • Design and creative: concept exploration, image generation and iteration, mockups and asset adaptations.

What happens after the workshop?

The workshop doesn't end when the session ends. Why it isn't forgotten two weeks later: from the first hour the team practices on its own real documents and tasks, so each person leaves with prompts and workflows they already used in their own work, not demo examples. On top of that, depending on the format:

  • The team's prompt library, client-owned, organized by department and task (Full Workshop and Adoption Program).
  • A 60-minute follow-up session two weeks later to review what worked, what got stuck and what to adjust (Full Workshop).
  • The four-week Adoption Program: workflows implemented in the team's processes, an AI usage and governance playbook, and follow-through during the month.
  • For continuous adoption, the AI Training for Teams program, with per-role modules and weekly follow-through (linked at the end of this page).

Does it work if we're starting from zero with AI?

Yes, and it's the most common case. The workshop opens with a 15-minute express diagnostic to see where each person is starting from and adjust the pace; after that, 20% of the time is applied fundamentals (how a model works, what to expect, what to avoid) and 80% is guided practice on real tasks. No technical profile and no prior ChatGPT experience required: you learn by using AI in your own work.

We teach what we use, not theory

We are not an AI school: we have 16 years training company teams and producing for demanding brands —Alsea, Coca-Cola FEMSA, L'Oréal—, and today generative AI is part of our daily pipeline. We combine that practice with immersive training and simulators for companies. What your team learns in the workshop is what we operate in real projects.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is the workshop in person or remote?

Both, at the same price. We run the AI workshop in-company at your offices, at a space in CDMX or remotely for distributed teams. The remote workshop has the same content and the same price as the in-person one, and it also includes a recording of the sessions.

Which AI tools do you work with in the workshop?

The ones that fit your team's work: language models like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot; image generation like Midjourney and the generators built into those same models; and presentation and workflow-automation tools. We are tool-agnostic —we adapt the workshop to the tools your company has already approved— and teaching how to choose between them is part of the workshop.

How many people can join the workshop?

Each format's price covers up to 15 people. From 16 to 20 participants we add MX$1,500 + VAT per additional person; above 20 we split it into two cohorts, because a hands-on workshop stops being practical with massive groups. The format and agenda adjust to group size.

How much does it cost to train a team of 20 people?

Each format's price covers up to 15 people, and from the 16th to the 20th we add MX$1,500 + VAT per person. For 20 people that's 5 additional participants (MX$7,500 + VAT): Essential Workshop MX$42,500 + VAT, Full Workshop MX$72,500 + VAT and Adoption Program MX$167,500 + VAT. Above 20 people the workshop is split into two cohorts and quoted.

What is not included in the workshop price?

The price does not include software licenses: the workshop is taught on the tools your company has already approved and licensed. For workshops outside CDMX, the facilitator's travel expenses are covered by the client. Everything else —diagnostic, materials, certificate and whatever each format lists— is included.

How is the workshop scheduled and paid for?

To lock in the date, 50% is paid up front and the remaining 50% on delivery of the workshop. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Once confirmed, we agree on the final agenda around the team's real cases.

Is a technical profile required to take it?

No. The workshop is designed for creative, marketing, sales, operations, finance and HR teams with no prior technical experience. It's learned from each person's real work, not from programming.

What can the team do when the workshop is over?

Write useful prompts for their work (briefs, emails, proposals, reports), generate and edit images for presentations and social media, build a presentation with AI support from a brief, and set up at least one simple automated workflow for their department, such as summarizing documents or preparing a recurring report. They also leave with criteria: which tool to use for what, what to review before delivering and what not to share with an AI.

Do you issue a certificate or certification?

We issue a certificate of participation for the workshop. We are not a registered training agent or a certifying body, so we don't issue a DC-3 or official certification; our deliverable is your team using AI in its real work.

What if we want something continuous, not just a workshop?

Yes. The workshop is the entry point; for sustained adoption we have a continuous AI Training for Teams program, with a diagnostic, per-role modules and weekly adoption follow-through. You'll find it linked at the end of this page. Many teams start with the one-day workshop and define the program from there.
