Generic AI courses don't change how your team works.
The problem isn't access to AI: it's learning it outside the context of real work. There's a more effective way to adopt AI: learning it inside your own processes.
- Scattered tutorials and tool licenses nobody adopts.
- Teams split between the hype and the fear.
- A new tool ships every week and nobody has the criteria to decide which one matters.
A team using AI in its real workflow, not in lab exercises.
AI workflows implemented and running in the area's processes.
In-house criteria to evaluate tools: what to adopt, what to expect and what to avoid.
Programs designed around your team's real processes
At WASD Studio we design every training program around the tools, briefs and actual deliverables of the team taking it. No lab exercises: the team learns by generating what it already has to deliver — images, presentations, proposals, content — and walks out with working workflows, not notes.
We teach what we use
We are a production studio with 16 years creating content for brands like Alsea —where we recreated 9 of its brands with full fidelity—, Coca-Cola FEMSA and L'Oréal. Today generative AI is part of our daily pipeline: modeling, image, video and automation. What your team learns is what we operate in real projects.
Who it's for and when it makes sense
Creative and design teams: image generation and editing, visual iteration and AI content pipelines. Marketing and sales teams: AI-assisted pitches, presentations, proposals and content. Corporate and operations teams: workflow automation — reports, documents and repetitive processes. It makes sense when adoption is uneven (two people master the tools and the rest never touch them), when you already pay for licenses nobody uses, or when leadership asks the team to "do something with AI" and what it needs is criteria, not more demos.
What we deliver
A team diagnostic in a free session: current processes, tools, profiles and gaps. A custom program, with modules per role built from the team's real briefs and materials. Hands-on workshops, in person in CDMX or remote for distributed teams. Implemented workflows: the team ends up using AI inside its process, with flows configured and running. Reference and criteria guides —which tool to use for what, what to expect from each and what to avoid— and adoption measurement, tracking usage and progress per participant.
The process: 3 steps
1) Free diagnostic — we get to know the team's processes, current tools and profiles. 2) Program design — we build the modules per role with the team's real materials and define which workflows get implemented. 3) Delivery and follow-through — hands-on workshops, workflow implementation and adoption measurement.

Alsea
Proven creative fidelity: 9 of the group's brands recreated in detail.
- Starbucks, Burger King, Domino's, Chili's, P.F. Chang's, Italianni's, The Cheesecake Factory, Vips and El Portón, recreated with full fidelity.
- Program in continuous operation for 6 years.
- 16 years of visual production for demanding brands — including the first AR for L'Oréal in 2010.
Nothing is impossible for WASD Studio. Their multidisciplinary team knows how to deliver on time and with quality, no matter the scale of the project.

WASD delivers on time no matter how tight the schedule. They work with cutting-edge technology and processes, and their proposals always add value to our business.

The quality of the service and the experience we built together were excellent; they made a great impact on our people.

Is it a standard course or a custom program?
Custom. The content is designed around your team's real processes, tools and deliverables. Generic courses already exist; what we do is different: training inside your work context.
Which tools do you cover?
The ones your team needs according to the diagnostic: image generation, language models, AI-assisted presentation tools and workflow automation. We're not married to any vendor — the selection criteria is part of what we teach.
Do you issue an official certification?
We issue a certificate of participation for the program. We are not a certifying or accrediting body — our deliverable is your team using AI in its real work, with implemented workflows.
Is the format in person or remote?
Both. In-person workshops in CDMX or remote sessions for distributed teams, whichever suits the team's operation.
What team size does it work for?
From teams of 5–10 people up to programs for a whole department. The model adapts in scope and budget.
Do you work with mid-sized companies or only large corporations?
We work with both. Our clients include Tier-1 corporations, and we also develop programs for mid-sized companies. The model adapts in scope and budget.
